A trade, with a minimum quantity of 5,00,000 shares or minimum value of Rs.5 crore executed through a single transaction on this separate window of the stock exchange will constitute a Block Deal.

The company engineers and manufactures industrial & petrochemical, agriculture & domestic pumps, valves and hydro turbines.
Amansa Holdings which held 4,801,712 shares or 6.05% as of December, 2015 sold 1,500,000 shares or 1.89% to bring its shareholding down to 3,301,712 shares or 4.16%.
