Tree Line Asia Master Fund and Swiss Finance Corporation purchase 2.5% in Indiabulls Real Estate

With prime focus on construction and development of residential, commercial & SEZ projects across major Indian Metros & London, Indiabulls Real Estate has expanded its projects portfolio.

Today it ranks third amongst the top Real Estate companies. Indiabulls Real Estate is in a strategic partnership with Farallon Capital Management LLC of USA.

Tree Line Asia Master Fund purchased 6,400,000 shares or 1.39% and Swiss Finance Corporation (Mauritius) purchased 5,000,000 shares or 1.08%.

Tree Line Investment Management has two subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Singapore respectively. The group aims to achieve significant capital gains by identifying strong growth opportunities in the Asia-Pacific region for medium and long term investment.
