Indiabulls Ventures Limited (Formerly Indiabulls Securities Limited) is a leading provider of securities broking and advisory services. Indiabulls Ventures also provides depository services, equity research services to its clients and offers commodities trading through a separate company.

India Bull Ventures Share Price April 2016

Saurabh Mittal is the Chairman for Incedo and co-founded Indiabulls. As per the bulk/ block deal data, he sold 1,500,000 shares or 0.51%. He also holds stake under the firm name Hespera Realty Private Limited.

This is how the deal unfolded. Do note that not all share sale was via a bulk/block deal.
