Deal flow for today shows Smallcap World Fund Inc’s partial exit in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri which was mopped up by Vikram Kotak of Crest Capital & Investment.

Suyog Telematics
Suyog Telematics is a growing passive telecommunication infrastructure provider in India, engaged primarily in the business of installing and commissioning of Poles, Towers and Optical Fibre Cable (OFC) Systems in India.
They are a Service Provider of Fiber Optic Network Solution, Tower Erection Service and Pole Erection Service. The company specializes in innovative solutions which are different from the existing tower sharing concept.
Alpeshkumar Fakirchand Agrawal – an individual investor sold 60,000 shares or 0.71%. This stake was purchased by Citiline Texfab.
Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri
TBZ – India’s largest jewellery retailers is the jewellery destination of choice for every occasion, from a woman’s everyday wear to delicately crafted pieces for the biggest day of her life.
Their presence in the Indian market has been marked by a number of firsts – the first to offer buy back guarantee on gold jewellery, the first to promote the concept of light weight jewellery and the first to offer certified solitaire diamonds.
Smallcap World Fund Inc. which held 4,335,732 shares or 6.50% as of September, 2015 sold 1,943,538 shares or 2.91% part of which was purchased by Crest Capital & Investment led by seasoned investment manager Vikram Kotak.
